To form a group of mediation lecturers to carry out joint training, to enhance the quality and level of the mediator team, and to give effective play to the functional role of the mediators of the Center, the Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center has decided to recruit mediator lecturers. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. Principles of Appointment
Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, and appoint them on the basis of merit for the society.
II. Appointment Plan
The number of appointments will be 20. Senior mediators who are in good standing and whose conditions permit will be recruited, regardless of their field of practice.
Appointment conditions
(A) uphold the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, consciously uphold the correct implementation of the law and social justice;
(ii) Have a bachelor's degree or above, or related professional qualifications and have the necessary legal expertise;
(iii) Have legal professional qualifications or professional qualifications and technical positions (titles) in other fields;
(iv) belonging to influential persons or professionals in various industries; or lawyers, lawyers and other professional legal service workers;
(e) Have more than five years of experience in trial, arbitration, mediation and other professional services in the field of commercial affairs, or related legislation, law enforcement and legal teaching and research;
(f) Recognize the Mediation Center and be willing to abide by the Charter of the Mediation Center, the Mediation Rules and the Code of Conduct for Mediators;
(vii) Be of good character, fair and upright, and have good professional (practicing) ethics;
(viii) Professionals belonging to the field of commercial mediation, or having made significant contributions to the Mediation Center, or having a professional degree in mediation may appropriately relax the number of years of professional (practice) experience, which may be less than five years. 
(ix) Only the mediator of the Mediation Center to apply.
IV. Appointment Procedures
In accordance with the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, the appointment shall be made on the basis of merit through the procedures of online application, preliminary examination of qualifications and deliberation and voting.
(I) Internet application
1. Application period: October 30, 2023 to November 2, 2023
2. Materials to be provided for application: resume and Registration Form for Application for Selection and Appointment of Mediator Lecturer and necessary supporting documents such as professional qualifications and professional and technical positions.
(ii) Preliminary examination of qualifications. The Mediation Center shall conduct a review of the materials and make recommendations on the selection and appointment, and submit the review comments together with the materials to the Selection and Appointment Supervisory Committee for consideration.
(III) Deliberation and voting. The Selection and Employment Supervisory Committee shall consider and vote on the proposal, and the proposal shall be valid only if it is agreed by more than two thirds of the members present at the meeting. 
(D) Employment. After the decision on employment is made, the chairman of the Mediation Center or the president of the Board of Directors shall issue a certificate of employment for the mediator-lecturer, and the proposed mediator-lecturer shall be publicly announced.
V. Other Matters
1. All materials submitted by the applicant in the qualification examination of the application shall be true, accurate and valid. Anyone who provides false information and materials to obtain the qualification for application, or intentionally conceals his/her true situation, will be disqualified once it is verified.
