On the afternoon of November 17, 2023, Mr. Wang Yexiong, Deputy Director of Rule of Law Construction Department and Mr. Zhang Heng, Director of Level 4 Administration of Qianhai Management Bureau, Mr. Liang Haiming, Chairman of the International Association of Experts, Mr. Lu Tinghua, Vice Chairman of the International Association of Experts, and Mr. Chen Wancheng and their entourage went to the Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center (hereafter referred to as "the Mediation Center") to have a discussion and exchange of views. Mr. Wen Guihe, Secretary General of the Mediation Center, Mr. Ding Yanni, Deputy Secretary General of the Mediation Center, and Mr. Wu Jiefan received them warmly and held a discussion and exchange.

At the symposium, Secretary General Wen Guihe expressed his sincere welcome to the visit of the Qianhai Management Bureau and the Institute of International Experts, briefly introduced the background of the establishment of the Mediation Center and its current business model, and repeatedly emphasized that the Mediation Center should clearly define its own positioning, have an international vision, build a platform for the field of mediation in a more comprehensive way, focus on the advantages of mediation resources, and build a branded mediation institution.

Deputy Director Wang Ye Xiong and Director Zhang Heng expressed their strong support for the work carried out by the Mediation Center.

Chairman Liang Haiming, Vice Chairmen Lu Tinghua and Chen Wancheng presented the latest exploration in mediator training and indicated that the visit would speed up the promotion of exchanges in mediator training between the two sides, with a view to reaching cooperation as soon as possible.

The seminar enabled the parties to have more in-depth exchanges and understanding of each other's business operations, and in the future the parties will strengthen their cooperation and contribute to the cause of mediation.
