On the morning of December 21, 2023, Liu Fang, Secretary General of Shenzhen Urban Renewal Association (SURA), and Xie Xingzhi, Deputy Director of Research Department, and their entourage visited Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Mediation Center") for exchanges. Mr. Wen Guihe, Secretary General of the Mediation Center, Mr. Pang De, Deputy Secretary General of the Mediation Center, Ms. Ding Yanni, Mr. Ren Chunsheng, Head of the Financial Mediation Department, and Mr. Zhang Lei, Senior Partner of Beijing De He Heng Law Firm, were warmly received by the Mediation Center.

Before the meeting, Secretary General Wen Guihe led the Urban Renewal Association and his delegation to visit the Mediation Center's publicity gallery, mediation room and office area.

At the symposium, Secretary General Liu Fang introduced the basic situation of the Urban Renewal Association, focusing on the development of the mediation business and the adjustment of ideas, to this learning experience from the Mediation Center, and strive to build a professional mediation team with the characteristics of the Association, to explore the future development path of the Association's mediation business.

Secretary General Wen Guihe said, the Mediation Center was established so far, the internal establishment of rules and regulations, the establishment of structures, external benchmarking of international, foreign development, the formation of a set of compliance and orderly, professional standards of mediation business system, and in a variety of attempts to gradually standardize and improve, and I hope to be able to explore with the Association for Urban Renewal, the two sides continue to learn from the exchange and realize the expansion of resources.

With rich practical experience in mediation, Deputy Secretary General Pang De, through interpreting the policy, combined with his own actual cases and mediation skills, made a detailed analysis and gave constructive advice based on the business characteristics and actual situation of the Urban Renewal Association.

The talks and exchanges between the Mediation Center and the Urban Renewal Association allowed each other to learn from each other's experience, expand their business, help resolve conflicts and disputes in urban construction, and create a better and standardized legal environment for urban construction.
