On the morning of September 6, 2024, the Secretary General of Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center, Mr. Wen Guihe, the Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Ding Yanni, and their entourage visited and exchanged ideas with Yantian Notary Public Office of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, and the two sides held a seminar meeting. The two sides had a full discussion on the prospects of cooperation between commercial mediation and notary public legal services, the mode of cooperation and the specific implementation plan and other topics. At the meeting, the two sides also signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, which laid a solid foundation for the in-depth cooperation between the Mediation Center and Yantian Notary Public Office, and injected new impetus into the prosperous development of the commercial legal service industry. Both parties indicated that they would take this cooperation as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and collaboration, and jointly provide more high-quality and efficient legal services to commercial entities, contributing wisdom and strength to the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the “Belt and Road”.
