At the first joint meeting of the six branches of the diversified dispute resolution center, Ye Qing, member of the Party group and vice president of the people's Court of Shenzhen Qianhai cooperation zone, put forward suggestions on how to build the branch center. First, make mediation international, professional and market-oriented; Second, carry out classified management of mediation cases; Third, explore the accommodation of international commercial mediation rules; Fourth, strengthen communication and coordination and feed back problems in time; Fifth, do a good job in mediation risk prevention and control; Sixth, strengthen publicity and smooth dispute resolution channels.

Shenzhen Qianhai international commercial mediation center has become the organizer of the international investment diversification dispute resolution sub center. Zhu Hong, executive chairman and Secretary General of the center, expressed his opinions on promoting the construction of the international investment sub center on behalf of the center. First, strengthen promotion and publicity to enhance the popularity and influence of the center. Second, select and hire legal talents proficient in the field of international investment to become mediators and carry out training. The six sub centers of the Qianhai court's Pluralistic Dispute Resolution Center are another important initiative of the Qianhai court to implement general secretary Xi Jinping's important directive spirit at the eighteenth meeting of the Central Committee for the comprehensive reform and Reform Commission, and a new initiative for the work of the higher court.
