Swiss Chinese Law Association (hereinafter referred to as "SCLA" or "Swiss Chinese Law Association"), founded in 2019 and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, is an international bar association organization composed of 200 members from more than 19 countries / regions, including representatives of five major industries. The association strengthens legal understanding and cooperation between Europe and China by promoting exchanges between lawyers, scholars, the public sector and the private sector. Its main service areas include international investment, dispute settlement, M & A, public policy and international organization relations.
In February 2021, the Swiss Chinese Legal Association initiated the establishment of the Geneva International Dispute Institute. Both the Geneva International Mediation Center and GIDI are promoting the global development of mediation as an international dispute settlement mechanism. The organization uses the "mediation arbitration" model to better implement mediation agreements around the world, and promotes cross-cultural cooperation and exchange of mediators through training.

At the signing ceremony, Zhu Hong, executive chairman of the mediation center, pointed out that since its inauguration in August 2020, Shenzhen Qianhai international commercial mediation center has established close cooperative relations with many institutions.
