In order to further accelerate the selection and supervision of mediators, according to the rules on the selection and supervision of mediators, Shenzhen Qianhai international commercial mediation center established a "mediator supervision committee", and held the first meeting of the supervision committee in the conference room of the international center of Guangdong Chinese commercial law office on the 25th floor of Hong Kong China Travel Service Building on the afternoon of June 11.

Attending the meeting were: Gao Shu, chairman of Shenzhen Qianhai international commercial mediation center; Xie Weimin, vice chairman of the mediation center, assistant to the president and business director of Shenzhen International Arbitration Court; Wen Guihe, supervisor of the mediation center; Gao Tian, director of Shanghai jintiancheng (Shenzhen) law firm; LAN Caiming, director of Beijing deheheng (Shenzhen) law firm; Huang Yibo, vice president of Shenzhen Chaoshan chamber of Commerce and Secretary General of the Law Commission, and director of the Management Committee of Taihe Thai (Shenzhen) law firm; Zhang Jian, director of Beijing Dacheng (Shenzhen) law firm; Zhu Hong, executive chairman and Secretary General of the mediation center. The meeting was presided over by Zhu Hong.

Secretary General Zhu Hong introduced some phased achievements made by the mediation center since its establishment, and announced the members of the first mediator Supervision Committee of the mediation center.

At the meeting, the members made suggestions and put forward amendments to the regulatory rules on the selection and employment of mediators, pointing out that the selection and employment of mediators should first clarify the setting of conditions, and then put forward many suggestions on each link such as the employment, training, assessment and dismissal of mediators, so as to further supplement and improve the original regulatory rules on the selection and employment of mediators. At the same time, the members also improved the rules of procedure of the mediator supervision committee, clarified the responsibilities of selection and supervision, and reached a consensus on the development path and direction of the institution.

Gao Shu, chairman of the mediation center, pointed out that the next three directions in the new era are specialization, marketization, co construction and sharing, and establish a system through the market environment and mechanism. Open pattern, open platform and open channel, so as to install more resources.

Finally, the director of the mediation center, Wen GUI he, issued the supervision opinion. He considered the conference to be a successful meeting. The authorized members revised the regulation on the selection of the mediator and the rules of procedure of the mediation committee.
