In order to help build a diversified dispute resolution mechanism, at 10 a.m. on May 28, Shenzhen Luohu District People's court and Shenzhen Qianhai international commercial mediation center held a signing ceremony of "diversified dispute resolution cooperation mechanism" at the culture academy on the second floor of Luohu court.

Xu Baojiang, deputy secretary of the Party group and vice president of Luohu court, Hu Jianzhong, full-time member of the trial committee, Du Jin, President of the filing court, Zhu Hong, executive chairman and Secretary General of the mediation center, and Ding Yanni, Minister of development department, attended the ceremony.

Vice president Xu pointed out that the work of diversified dispute resolution mechanism is not only an important part of the overall situation of social governance modernization, but also an important part of the Supreme People's court's work on building a one-stop diversified dispute resolution mechanism and a one-stop Litigation Service Center. Through cooperation, the Luohu court and the mediation center establish a benign interaction working mechanism between the two sides, which can realize the complementary advantages and benign interaction between the two sides, improve the ability and effect of solving contradictions and disputes according to law, and create a pattern of co construction, CO governance and shared social governance.

The mediation center has reached strategic cooperation agreements with Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People's court, Futian District People's court, Shenzhen International Arbitration Court and other institutions. Today's signing with Luohu court indicates that the mediation center has entered a new stage. In the future, the center will respond to the work requirements of the Supreme People's Court on the diversified resolution mechanism of civil and commercial disputes, continuously improve the quality and level of commercial mediation, and build a professional mediation institution representing the leading demonstration level of Shenzhen.

The signing of this cooperation agreement marks another major development of the docking and cooperation mechanism of the mediation center. In the future, the mediation center will jointly build a litigation mediation docking platform with Luohu court, fully promote the working mode of diversified dispute resolution mechanism, jointly build a diversified civil and commercial dispute resolution cooperation mechanism, and give full play to its positive role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people, resolving contradictions and disputes, and promoting social harmony and stability.
