In order to facilitate the construction of the docking of mediation, litigation and arbitration, expand the structure of the mediator team, and effectively play the role of the center's mediators, Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center decided to add mediators to the society. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Principles of Appointment

Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, and justice, and select the best for the society.

2. Appointment plan

This supplement is mainly in Shenzhen, with 20-30 people in Shenzhen, and 3-5 people in Greater Bay Area cities such as Dongguan. Professionals interested in mediation from other provinces and cities can also sign up for participation. Overseas lawyers and 20-30 professionals will be added.

3. Employment conditions

(1) Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and consciously safeguard the correct implementation of laws and social fairness and justice;

(2) Having a bachelor degree or above, or a relevant professional degree and necessary legal professional knowledge;

(3) Having legal professional qualifications or professional qualifications and technical positions (titles) in other fields;

(4) Belonging to influential persons or professionals in various industries; or being lawyers, legal affairs and other professional legal service workers.

(5) Have more than five years of experience in trial, arbitration, mediation and other professional services in the commercial field, or related legislation, law enforcement, and law teaching and research;

(6) Recognize the mediation center and be willing to abide by the Mediation Center Constitution, Mediation Rules, and Mediator Code, etc.;

(7) Good conduct, fairness and decent, good professional (practice) ethics;

(8) Professionals who belong to the field of commercial mediation, or have made significant contributions to the mediation center, or have a mediation professional degree, can appropriately relax the professional (practice) experience period, which can be less than five years.

4. Appointment procedures

In accordance with the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, through the procedures of online application, preliminary qualification review, deliberation and voting, etc., the best appointments are selected.

2. Materials provided for registration: resume and "Registration Form for Application for Employment of Mediator" and necessary certification documents such as professional qualifications and professional technical positions.

(2) Preliminary qualification review

The Mediation Center reviews the materials and puts forward selection suggestions, and submits the review opinions together with the materials to the selection supervision committee for deliberation.

(3) Deliberation and voting

The selection and engagement of the supervisory committee shall be effective only after the approval of more than two-thirds of the members present at the meeting.

(4) Employment

After the appointment decision is made, the chairman or chairman of the mediation center will issue a mediator appointment certificate, and publicize the mediators to be recruited.

5. Other matters

1. All materials submitted by the applicants in the registration qualification review shall be true, accurate and valid. Anyone who provides false information and materials to obtain qualifications for the examination, or who deliberately conceals his true circumstances will be disqualified once verified.
